Trocear la cebolla y poner a\u00a0 sofre\u00edr con el laurel, ajo u clavos.\u00a0 Con el aceite caliente se sofr\u00ede un poco la cebolla para que dore\u00a0 y entonces colocamos el pulpo dentro con un vaso de vino blanco de la tierra y \u00bf de agua dej\u00e1ndolo cocer a fuego lento, moviendo de vez en cuando para que no se pegue, hasta que quede una salsa espesita y el pulpo est\u00e9 blando.
