{"id":1579,"date":"2012-03-28T19:20:00","date_gmt":"2012-03-28T19:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.hotelpalmeral.com\/?p=388"},"modified":"2012-03-28T19:20:00","modified_gmt":"2012-03-28T19:20:00","slug":"receta-de-benidorm-arroz-de-cuaresma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hotelpalmeral.com\/en\/receta-de-benidorm-arroz-de-cuaresma\/","title":{"rendered":"Receta de Benidorm: Arroz de cuaresma"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Os pasamos una receta t\u00edpica de Benidorm y que es perfecta para estas fechas: Arroz de cuaresma.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes:<br \/>-400 gr de arroz.<br \/>-2 patatas.<br \/>-12 boquerones frescos.<br \/>-2 cebollas.<br \/>-1 trozo de calabaza.<br \/>-1 cabeza de ajo.<br \/>-2 tomates maduros.<br \/>-2 cucharadas de \u00f1ora picada.<br \/>-4 tiras de pimiento rojo.<br \/>-Aceite, sal\u00a0 y agua.<\/p>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<br \/>En una sart\u00e9n se echa un chorro de aceite de oliva y se sofr\u00ede las tiras de pimiento y la cabeza de ajo.Cuando est\u00e9 listo se retira y en el mismo aceite se fr\u00eden las patatas cortadas en tacos junto con la calabaza en cuadraditos. Lo retiramos todo. Se rehoga la cebolla picada, agregando los tomates rallados.
