Aprovecharemos esta secci\u00f3n para daros un mont\u00f3n de recetas de comida t\u00edpica de Benidorm que \u00bfpor qu\u00e9? pues porque queremos que los que pas\u00e9is veustras vacaciones en Benidorm<\/a>, sep\u00e1is qu\u00e9 comida ten\u00e9is que probar antes de volver a casa.
Hoy toca el Espencat en bacall\u00e0: <\/strong>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0 Ingredientes: 1,5 kg de pimientos rojos de mucha molla, 250 gr de bacalao desmigado, 2 dientes de ajo, aceite, oliva y sal.
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00bfc\u00f3mo se hace? Se asan los pimientos, se pelan y se cortan en tiras, luego se aderezan con: aceite, un poco de sal y los ajos\u00a0cortados a peque\u00f1as\u00a0rodajas. A todo esto, se le a\u00f1ade el bacalao, se mezcla y se sirve fr\u00edo.
El nivel de la receta es\u00a0f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n
